We met Ryan when we were viewing a home in Morinville. He was a showing agent for another agent’s property and he was friendly as we toured the home. Of course, we were talking about the features we liked and what we didn’t. Unknown to us at the time, he was paying very close attention to our evaluation of how it fit our needs. He started talking with us and was offering personalised advice for our situation. We were both impressed and contacted him the next day to discuss selling our home. We hired him to sell our house and assist us in finding a new property. He helped at every bump and turn. He has a good list of reputable contractors for whatever problem or need that may arise and is also very professional and fun to talk to. Our home sold just shy of asking and in only two week when others were sitting on the market for 4 to 6 months and we found a lakefront property that met 95% of our needs all within a 2 month time frame.
